Adult Dose
Adult and Elderly Dose: Take 1-2 capsules two or three times per day, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Pregnancy: Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Children's Dose: Take 1 capsule daily, pierce the capsule and squeeze onto a spoon or into food.
